Returns and Refunds
We have a strict return policy due to the high value and custom nature of our artworks:
a) Damage During Shipping
- If your artwork is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- We would request photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging.
- The artwork must be returned using the original packaging, and we will cover the return shipping cost later with the original art price.
- For the canvas (all size), the shipping cost with DHL will be €28,99.

b) Unsatisfied with the Product
- If you are unsatisfied with the artwork, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, undamaged, and unused condition.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the artwork is received and inspected. If it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund via original payment method. Bank transfer refunds are possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
