1. Order Process
All of our artworks are custom-made to order. Once your order is confirmed and payment has been completed, it will take approximately 3 weeks to produce the artwork before shipment.

a) Shipping Costs                                                                                             

We will charge according to DHL' shipping rates for domestic customers.

b) Delivery Address
We can ship your order to an alternative delivery address, such as your place of work, upon request at checkout.

c) Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

d) Shipping Carrier
We use a reliable carrier DHL for domestic deliveries. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
